The apartment at Titulescu was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked that the owner lived next door and was always available to provide helpful advice and assistance. I recently stayed at Titulescu Apartments for a week while exploring the city. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet district but still within walking distance to the metro and Gara de Nord. The owner was incredibly helpful and gave me great local and travel advice. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchen for those who prefer to cook their own meals. a fantastic stay!
Can just recommend this hotel.

Great value for money! The room was clean and spacious. Convenient location, within walking distance of the main train station and supermarkets. The staff were cute, helpful, and flexible.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety.

The studios at Titulescu Apartments are amazing! They have a cozy and functional layout with a sleeping and living area combined. It feels like having your own little home in Bucharest.
Personally, I found the lack of a refrigerator in some units a bit inconvenient. But hey, it's just my personal preference.

The fully-equipped kitchenette was a convenient feature, allowing me to prepare meals and save money on dining out. The private bathrooms were well-stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer, making it easy to freshen up after a long day of work. The air-conditioning in the studio was a blessing, especially during the hot summer days in Bucharest. Having a flat-screen TV in the room was a nice addition, providing entertainment during downtime.
Although some units had a kitchenette, mine didn't, and I missed the opportunity to have a refrigerator.

Equipped kitchen for self-cooking. Welcoming and accommodating owner who offered to exchange currency. Comfortable stay with trustworthy host allowing payment to be left in the apartment.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints.
